Dr. Kondev

Psychiatrist

Dr. Kondev has more than 20 years of experience in psychiatry working in large hospitals and private practices. He obtained his medical degree at the University of Belgrade in Yugoslavia in 1994, followed by two years as a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Kansas Medical Center, in preparation for a residency in Psychiatry. He is Board Certified in Psychiatry and has additional training in Addiction Psychiatry. He believes that the best way to help patients is to fully integrate all aspects of psychological and social support with the best practices in psychopharmacology.

Dr. Kondev has vast experience in providing both therapy and pharmacological treatment. He understands the importance of good counselors and therapists for individuals, couples, and families. Therefore, he collaborates with several outstanding counseling groups and individuals in Fairfield County including: Comprehensive Mental Health Solutions and Christopher Albino, LPC.
